The 764 page book described itself as: ‘A compendium of useful information concerning foods of all kinds; how they are raised prepared and marketed; how to care for them in the store and home; how best to use and enjoy them, and other valuable information for grocers and general storekeepers.’ 170mm x 120mm (6 3/4" x 4 3/4"). Blank inside. Individually wrapped in a compostable bag with a 120gsm recycled kraft envelope. Printed with vegetable-based inks on a carbon neutral press using responsibly sourced, 300gsm Italian paper.
