The back of the page has plenty of space for writing notes, and the folded side can be viewed with the calendar facing you. 

The simple horizontal ruled format allows you to write from either the top or bottom, whichever way you like to use it. It is also useful for its wide range of uses, such as writing a schedule on the front and taking to-do's and notes on the back.
When used on a desk, the PU material on the cover acts as a non-slip surface, and it stands on its own just by opening it up, making it very mobile. Since an elastic band wraps the calendar securely, when it's closed, you can easily carry around.
A pocket is attached on the back and is great to store stickers or sticky notes.
