Hobonichi Techo Mini Keychain / Blue x Pink

A tiny Hobonichi Techo — about a tenth the size of the A6 Original — in a blue and pink cover. It copies the real thing down to the butterfly-stopper pen holders and the pocket on the back.

Inside is a real 40-page notebook with the same grid as the techo, so you can actually write in it. A pencil-shaped stopper keeps it closed, and the removable ball chain clips onto a bag, keys or your techo.

• 40-page grid notebook inside
• Removable ball chain (approx. 3.7")
• Pencil-shaped stopper is decorative and can't be used for writing
• Material: polyester and cardboard cover, paper notebook, wood pencil, brass chain
• Size: 2.1" x 1.9" x 0.4" · approx. 12 g

About Hobonichi Techo

Hobonichi Techo was created in 2002 by Shigesato Itoi — the influential Japanese copywriter, creative director, and writer of the Nintendo/EarthBound “Mother” game series — as an extension of his long-running web magazine Hobo Nikkan Itoi Shinbun (“Almost Daily Itoi News”), which has published online since 1998. It is produced in Japan by Hobonichi Co., Ltd.

The planner is built around ultra-thin, famously smooth Tomoe River paper, prized by fountain pen users worldwide for its ink-friendliness and near-zero bleed-through. Each year Hobonichi releases a new lineup of cover designs and collaborations with Japanese and international artists, designers, and brands — a roster that has grown into one of the most anticipated and collected release calendars in stationery. Designs regularly sell out within days of launch.
