The book features a codex binding that allows the book to open flat from start to finish, even with a total of 368 pages. The perforations at the corners of the pages serve as markers for marking new pages when you tear off a page you have written on.

When you slide the tip of the pen over the slightly rough MD PAPER, you can hear a faint sound coming from the tip. MD uses the ultimate paper, which we have been developing in-house since the 1960s, with an exquisite texture that allows you to savor the feeling of actually writing, and a quality that prevents bleed-through and bleeding even when writing with a fountain pen.
