About Maruman

Maruman has been making paper products in Japan since 1920, when founder Koichi Iguchi started the company producing sketchbooks for schools. It went on to pioneer spiral-bound notebooks in Japan after importing binding machinery from Europe, and kept innovating from there — including Japan's first plastic binder in 1967.
