Inspired by the famous Principessa cake at Sant Ambroeus in New York — itself a refined take on the traditional Swedish Prinsesstårta — this candle is a tribute to layers of lemon sponge cake, vanilla pastry cream, and almond marzipan. Sweet, powdery almond and sultry spice open the scent; heliotrope flowers and oakmoss unfold at the heart, while musky amber and warm incense anchor the base.
