These high-quality wax-based, artist-grade pencils allow easily layering of colors without a waxy layer of build-up. Each set carries a wide range of vivid to soft colors - including fluorescent colors. When closed in their boxes, the sets can be stored vertically for a compact and beautiful display, reminiscent of a dictionary or encyclopedia with multiple volumes on a bookshelf.
