These wonderful oil pastels never fail to call in the muse. Who wouldn’t be inspired by this alluring palette of 16 richly saturated colors? The charming packaging is an invitation to let loose and play with the possibilities, as these will draw on paper, plastic, stone, wood, and styrofoam. We import them from Japan in a cardboard case with an elastic band that keeps it closed.
